Grandstream GHP621 is a compact and easy-to-use IP phone, designed specifically for hotel rooms, but thanks to its versatility it is also suitable for use in apartments, hospitals, retail spaces and other facilities. This model supports up to 2 SIP accounts/lines and features HD audio with an advanced packet loss concealment algorithm that tolerates up to 30% packet loss without affecting call quality. The phone supports 3-way audio conferencing, offers 6 programmable buttons, 10 speed dial buttons and a replaceable front panel. With PoE support, it can be powered directly through the network cable, simplifying installation. For cloud services and centralized management, the phone is supported by Grandstream's Device Management System (GDMS), which provides a centralized interface for configuration, provisioning, management and monitoring of deployed endpoints.
The GHP621 model is also equipped with a multicast paging feature, supports E911 services and offers security features such as Secure Boot, TLS and SRTP to protect communications. The device can be installed on a desk or wall and is designed to meet the requirements of a compact and modern telephone solution.
